For other than authorized security purposes, our lives are not to be intruded upon by electronic surveillance technology. However, this subject area is so out of control that access is in the hands of criminal, deranged, terrorist and stalking personalities. These personalities are not satisfied with surveillance only. They have incorporated other extreme abusive modes of electronic activity, which can destroy our lives while jeopardizing top securities. I am not talking about simple surveillance devices. These are very serious categories of satellite, radio wave, microwave, sound wave, electromagnetic, holography and the speculated "psychotronic" mind control technologies. Federal guidelines and handling procedures are inept. It is very important to point out that my personal situation is not the typical proclaimed Department of Defense, National Security Agency, other government situation or known case. It is an example of the extent and how OUT OF CONTROL the technologies abuse is, (INTO WHAT HANDS IT HAS FALLEN) and (HOW THESE CASES ARE HANDLED).

I have attempted great effort not to insinuate the authorized professional international securities use of similar technologies by such agencies as the National Security Agency (NSA). Unlike the majority of these cases, I do not believe our mainstream government agencies are involved. Aside from the aforementioned C.I.A, FBI and general covert operations, I have more faith in their integrity. However, HOW these cases are covertly handled by "segments" of government agencies, in my case the FBI is a definite issue. I refer the book BODY OF SECRETS by James Bamford. This is a true account of our history in these subject areas. Their CAPABILITIES in DETECTING and INTERCEPTING these encrypted designs are historically good; however, the NSA is not a law enforcement agency. Handling procedures by federal agencies such as the FBI and CIA is another issue. By the way, the FBI has their own satellite capabilities. Fortunately, the book lends validity to saving faith in upholding our Constitution by the National Security Agency. Some operations such as the recent televised events initiating December 15, 2005, THROUGH THE CURRENT TIME, are created by executive order. Unfortunately, some of these operations are necessary due to terrorism, organized crime and drug traffic. HOWEVER, WHEN CASE SITUATIONS REACH A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SECURUTY BREACHING TRAUMA CONFIRMATION, THINGS CHANGE.
A portion of the references in this report are to pronounce the existence of these technologies, the politics and where the "branches" are today. In other words, this type of SATELLITE electronic equipment and operations in the wrong hands is catastrophic – (such as recorded in this report case indicative of many). I am not talking about simple surveillance devices. These are very serious categories of SATELLITE - radio wave, microwave, sound wave, electromagnetic, holography and the speculated mind control technologies. The suffering that victims experience is inhuman and the abuse and securities violations are horrible. The National Security Agency/Central Security Service is responsible for the centralized coordination, direction, and performance of highly specialized technical functions in support of U.S. Government activities to protect U.S. communications and produce foreign intelligence information. The National Security Agency (NSA) was established by Presidential directive in 1952 as a separately organized agency within the Department of Defense under the direction, authority, and control of the Secretary of Defense, who acts as Executive Agent of the U.S. government.
Today in post 9/11, the main functions of the agency are terrorism and terrorist groups whose sole purpose are upsetting and destroying. Illegal drugs are included which are worth billions of dollars worldwide funding other criminal activities, that also include terrorism.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The NSA is not a Law Enforcement Agency.
They incorporate the Worlds largest and most sophisticated surveillance satellite and general computerized transmission and interception equipment that are light years away from public knowledge and availability. An extremely important point is the NSA capability of intercepting and decoding literally any signal from whatever source, (satellite, microwave, electromagnetic, etc.) from any place in the world. However, the NSA is prevented and/or unauthorized from doing so by the U.S. bureaucracy and most importantly the autonomy of the United States Department of Justice and CIA concerning law enforcement, organized crime and secret society issues.

News paper article August 24, 2005: CIA Director Porter Goss personally delivered to Congress the findings of the agency's inspector general report on the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, opening a debate about how much of the highly classified and critical document should be made public. The report was delivered to Goss in July. Rep. Jane Harman of Venice, the senior Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, had questioned for weeks why it hadn't been delivered to Congress. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is the central research and development organization for the Department of Defense (DOD). However and again, they are not law enforcement agencies.

In the fifties you saw wholesome shows which depicted a functional family where man and wife slept in separate beds and very rarely talked about sex.  Today the family is depicted as dysfunctional and everybody talks about sex. The same moral to immoral agenda is seen in radio as well. Advertising seen on Television, read in Magazines and heard on the Radio bestows thinking upon the masses that they must look and live a certain way. If you do not conform you are considered to be a rebel and are punished in more ways then one. If one were to study the societal system enough they would quickly come to the conclusion that it was modeled after a pyramid shape designed specifically to produce Anti Christ behavior among the masses while depriving them of knowledge, generating negative energy for evil to feed upon. The Forbidden Knowledge is symbolized in the bible as an apple.  When studied it reveals truths concerning the world you live within. It was also made referenced to by Christ Himself in Hosea 4:4. There has been a significant and new audible frequency increase (various frequencies) that have been extremely disturbing and sleep depriving. This has occurred a couple of times within the past week and was at night.
This was reported in a PERSONAL appointment with the Santa Ana, California Field office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
My wife was with me which was important and, as usual, the FBI was on this report soon after we left the office (Consistent for months).
I swear to God that on some nights the audible intensity via internal direct (Audible sensory - to ears) seems like it would interfere with air traffic (in other words unbelievable).

JANUARY 24, 2010 POST:
The FBI has treated my family with complete injustice and 'the time is here' where it is completely evident to everybody.
Under God I speak, the LINGERING injustice, misrepresentation, Security issues, torture, destruction and danger is inexcusable.

This case situation and issues (organizations, etc.), as explained in this report, are correct, however, the above FBI status stands out like a sore ass.

It has gotten to the point that I can almost understand (some – not all) of the other organizational feelings and/or how they are based. This statement is very difficult for me to make and is on the basis that the FBI (agencies in general) treatment is indicative to their families, many citizens and situations also.

The handling and misrepresentation is a damn good reason why this Country is in other crisis situations too.

This has always been a very rough, lowering faith, and emotional area for me to deal with, however, time has told and will continue to tell the truth.
I have not experienced even the least professionalism or concern from the FBI.

This can affect a targeted person night or day (in many ways – most explained in this report) depending on the frequency rates and/or a particular design for the individual. In other words, consistent with many reports, I have experienced extremely low frequency ELF for surveillance ONLY. This would normally be noticed by a trained individual … otherwise is not for the purpose of alarm whatsoever.
Conversely, for a person such as me, that has advanced through numerous stages and/or that is a threat to the perpetrator securities; frequencies are upward/elevated with the major spikes.
For added misery and taking down a person that is very threatening and/or *dependent on many factors, programs of visuals can be transmitted consisting of templates (appearance) or pictures in general, which would obviously be extremely sleep depriving and psychologically wearing.
These can be holographic projection (appearance) and/or in a manner such as a television transmission works ... or human neurological interferences with nightmares and general functions. (See below).
Obviously, they are not intended for explanation or normal channels of help that we would go through. Our agencies, however, are familiar with these situations as mentioned previously.
*Above “dependent on many factors” One of which can indentify the perpetrators very explicitly … as in sort of a trademark.

In addition, sudden frequency changes are very distinguishable that range in between very audibly shocking to mild such as radio channel changing sounds. They can result in further neurological problems such as extreme lethargy to a wired feeling, ear aches, further vision problems and even black outs.

Next are the effects of wrongful use of microwave technology, with auditory input, including direct communication via air-way to human-being … periodic continuous buzzing, ringing, clicking and actual verbal.

I will try my best to narrow a 'typical one week scenario' down. The importance is critical not only in wrapping up this web site report but hopefully accomplishing the years of efforts and assisting people, securities and a general overall understanding of what we have to do in order to possibly assist humanity and help the United States in upholding Constitutional rights and Democracy.

The basic issues in these cases amount to specific narcissistic personalities that congregate in one format or another in their efforts to covertly control and accomplish whatever portions of profits and control for their own benefits regardless of the security breaching, hurt and whatever harm that it bestows on others and/or situations in general. The personality is explained throughout this report … mainly in the “PERSONALITY PROFILE OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS AND THESE 'SEGMENTS' OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES” (Although this personality can obviously be a supposed friend, family member, work cohorts, etc. but obviously this case involves organizational and bureaucratic issues).

Please keep in mind that this is a program with advanced frequencies and issues for me, whom have advanced through numerous stages and/or that am a threat to the perpetrator securities. FIRST :

Starting the day with this pathetic programmed operation … is getting up in the morning with extremely high pitch audible frequencies and a stupid asinine multiple eyelid template type visual transmission that covers the entire eyesight with a light film effect. This idiotic psychopathic daytime redundancy is sort of a stand-by screen that moves with any sound or movement that I make.
The intentions are multiple with the obvious sick harassment and stress creation plus the advertisement that the victim has no privacy whatsoever (regardless if taped, programmed or live).

SECOND :

Most every night upon bed time, the frequencies normally change with very sudden unmistakable sounds and the steady audible intensity is upgraded (again repeating some content in this report that is detailed).
This is usually followed by extremely disturbing movement and visual “Nintendo” effects upon eye closure.
Attempted sleep is always delayed … and no sooner than falling to sleep, I am awakened by the similar frequency sounds (maximized) and (visuals below). This can happen time after time until an obvious sleep deprivation torture is experienced.

THIRD :

Following are what I call visual skits which are pictorial transmissions or films (as in camcorder type).
Again, they are usually very psychopathic x-rated with terrorist content and/or procedures.

Body temperature changes occur which is a simple technical aspect of upturned frequencies on an individual. These range to the extent of night sweats to cold in very tight time limits.

February 12, 2010 FAMILY EMERGENCY

My Brother has been diagnosed with throat cancer. An operation is scheduled next Wednesday Feb. 17th and he is not expected to pull through very well. My family has spent our lives with his polio situation and his post polio problems are not good in conjunction. It appears that the cancer has spread anyway.
I will try to uphold my strength for support of my family but my parents are not doing well at their ages and life experiences with Larry's polio issues either.

We are back from our family emergency but the news is bad and periodic leaves to take care of my Brother, Mom and Dad will be very tedious and we need all the help and prayer we can get.
As for the idiot group that operates the electronics that this report is about, the turn-up rates are unbelievable. We are home temporarily and the family crisis is horrible. My thoughts and efforts will continue with my family.

The Hate (Terrorist) groups have been taking advantage of literally everything we do. These Organizations are bad enough but with SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY, they are a sickening disaster.

Especially with a family crisis, their COWARD efforts are extremely apparent. The attempts at diverting 'the accuracy of this report' are obvious. Their efforts (audible/visual electronics) and time expenditure on this family spells out their own dilemma and reflects their own sick personality. They have no sense of empathy, basic common sense or redemption (including anybody representing them). I do not understand anybody that would want to be represented by them.

I am home again …Thanks to those that sent mails of concern. My Brother passed away April 21, 2010 and on behalf of him and my entire family, it was the first time this web site report was taken off the air. Among assisting my family, our grieving has been extremely hard.

I tried very hard to ignore the ongoing torturous, embarrassing, desperate – sloppy Satellite surveillance radio waves consisting of the usual sickening Audible/Visual attacks that this report is about. There was hardly a day that went by without the usual operandi of my perpetrators which showed just how cowardly, desperate, and internationally liable they are. Some of the procedures were aimed directly at the hardships we were going through.

I continued to think of just how OBVIOUS the extent of knowledge and threat to them I must be … due to the extent of the ignorance and desperation.
Also, I continued to wonder about other Terrorist Groups that are monitoring (in addition to our own Federal people). They seem as if they do not even care about the attentions they create among their own.
Honest to God, I do not understand the ongoing Federal procedures at this point.
The Satellite waves are so sloppy-loud that they could be picked-up with a tuning fork.
As mentioned before, the idea of this design is to infuriate the target day and night with major sleep deprivation being the easiest for them. The frequency changes and semi-continuous buzzing create earaches, headaches and temperature rises. This is with the level of program on me per this report.
'Surveillance rates/waves only' would not noticeable to the uninformed or untrained person.

I appreciate the obvious Federal technical help but I will not play the 'Federal Hiding Game' due to international liabilities, politics and the hardship on my family (typical). I pray that appropriate final actions are sped.

I decided that it would not be right for me to sit-back on this case but I tried very hard to ignore the ongoing frequencies. They displayed the One-Percenter rules and attitudes very significantly. They have responsible knowledge! … And they have no other agenda at this point of AWARENESS.

Lately and in addition to the above reports … specifically on June 5th, I experienced a horrible light in my eyesight resembling a light bulb filament that usually hangs in one eye for approximately one hour … moving into different positions before dissipating. This is not a new situation that goes with the package of this Satellite abuse but is rare in contrast to the other symptoms explained. I have experienced this on the freeway also - which is obviously alarming and very dangerous.

At this point, if this Abuse of Technology were used properly and targeted on groups such as Al-Qaeda, we would save a lot of military tragedy and life in general. Our environment and quality of life would be extremely better. However, this ABUSE of technology has significantly increased. One has to think and imagine; what are these groups overall thinking, plotting and doing? Do we know exactly what the overall international planning and/or liabilities are and the federal politics?

This report is not just about me and my family. I am an elder man now with an aging family. My personal issues, with the largest tragedy in our lives … my Brothers death and my Fathers hospitalization has proved just how cowardly-terrorist that my perpetrators are. The turn-up rates have been that purposely significant and desperate during these times. I am one of the oldest known victims (targeted individuals) and internationally recognized with similar Satellite designs abuse. With all of the usual issues per this report, I have been beat up pretty bad for a simple man with no affiliations. It has already taken a great amount of quality from my life, especially with the personal family issues per this report. Isolation and improper handling would give anybody a hard time coping. However, with these cases, not only does the entire family and life deteriorate but the Federal assistance is not up-front either. Just making it through early retirement was extremely hard. Whether or not the Federal authorities have proper tracking, it does not settle the ongoing torment and nightmare that victims go through. The overall federal handling is in fact totally unjust. Nobody stands-up to these Jackasses because of the covertness and international politics. Just like other high profile situations, the perpetrators know that the United States Federal System is not keen with international publications of such embarrassing liabilities.

The perpetrators have a vast Satellite System capability that is used for many purposes and issues other than profit businesses. They have simply kicked a lot of people to the pavement whom have no self defense or normal channels that they can go to. Blackmail is a common brainless technique of theirs also. However, this abuse of technology has caught up with them … but with no full relief to the targeted victims.

Concerning the personality, of 'One-Percenter' connected perpetrators; not long after I arrived back in California in 1986, I was already fed-up with the narcissistic, power playing role that these types play. I was already in the process of loosing one Daughter to these people (operandi) in another state (specifically about 1989).

Similar personalities are also in Government, Businesses, Corporations, and all over personal lives internationally … (refer to the personality profile of this report).

When it gets into the Criminal, Organized Crime World though it is unbelievable and nobody expects Satellite Type Electronics involvement (perfect for the criminal terrorist part of the power personality). The billions of dollars involved in their drug trades and the Federal handling procedures are unknown by the average person.

The perpetrators have a multiple use with this design that is despicable. To use as few words as possible here, the audible/visual turn-ups can be used around any situation from Grandkids Birthday Parties to Christmas Mornings IN EFFORTS TO TAKE-DOWN and/or play-on all emotions.

A person does not have to do a thing … just being seen with these groups is enough to get you tagged … (reference this case report). Federal personnel are already all over these people in most places with their Satellites and the dozens of similar designs.

In 1988 after a stay in San Diego, I arrived in Long Beach, California (recommended location for my engineering position). Unknown to me, as well as most people, it was directly in the middle of the North vs. South - One-Percenter Organized Crime World (with affiliated world-wide drug traffickers and the ILLUMINATI).

After my early loses and quality of life per this report, I thought: What would be the worse thing they could imagine … After my understanding of their personalities and operations (overall per this report)? ... It is so bad; it looks like possible conspiracy, bad apples in the barrel … just completely in the outer limits with the obviousness of UNJUST. There are absolutely no attempts by the FBI of proper handling … not even one professional attitude or attempt … calling me in for questioning, tests, ETC.

IMPORTANT: As far as the original inept FBI responses to personal appointments and meetings (on record) and untrue responses to CONGRESSIONAL appointments, I decided to point out the ONGOING FEDERAL KNOWLEDGE and covert concern specifically. The Mongols Organization (and affiliates) saturated this town as well as the Hells Angels looking on. After my case, Jinx was out along with several of the local full patch Mongols … it was that bad.

Chuck Bunker (another moron that was involved) stated; “when Sir Jinx calls or whatever he says, we carry it out”. However Bunker never seemed like a typical Mongol and was seen at Valentines on more than one occasion talking with HA - Rod Pierce. Other statements and situations from Bunker, Rod Pierce, Ron McQueen and many other organizational personnel 'at the time of initiation' were very self incriminating:
Conspiracy, set-ups, five on one beatings, confusion, fear and general organized crime were throughout the town.
Phone numbers and relatives directions were taken out of Bunkers wallet one night ... (Again the blackmail and personal issues that are used in instances). Please do not allow these cases to place personal hold on us.

July 13, 2010 … THE SATELLITE MIX UPTURN CONTINUES:

THE SAME GEOMETRIC film like features (as in computerized graphics that are transmitted 'partially transparent') with the exception of evening, bedtime/night or nap which then (a percentage of) usually change to film effects as explained in this report … with increased motions (sleep deprivation with obnoxious bother). Extremely light sensitive in eyes – streak in eyes if look at bright light.

The audible is extreme in cadence with the visuals (which are frequency changes with longer areas of steady 'high pitch' buzzing). This can be deafening with a pressurized (ear plugged effect) feeling which creates the vertigo, headaches, earaches and lethargy etc. ----- as explained in this report.
All of the above seem like some are schedules which are computerized (such as the sleep deprivation at night … etc.

This has all been consistent upturn since my Brothers death and my 'edited' departing as explained (same modus operandi). The picture transmissions continue to be horrible at night and in the mornings. The MULTIPLE frequencies are obvious (monitored by others). This is no longer an investigation … it is factually known. The perpetrators force the attentions and I would be more concerned if this report did not exist. Personally within my family, it continues to damage a lot, especially at my age and disability … but will NOT HELP THEM and the international record and ongoing liabilities. In other words, from the drug trafficking, prostitution and fraud businesses and keeping track of their own people, etc. This is done PERSONALLY with their people also by way of using felonies, and taped crime issues in general. This provides the inescapable insurance that holds their people together. If their own people still sell out, they are satellite type tracked (i.e. they are very famlier with) and handled in the various ways.
The International - Organizational secrets and silences are crucial in holding them together.
This also explains the longevity of this case.

After studies of this particular Satellite program are nearly complete, (studies with accomplished awareness per this report) the frequencies are an arrangement of the same boring, liable, embarrassing audible/visual experiences except desperate upturns are more physically and neurologically noticeable (as in a surveillance design of criminal insanity with federal blocked knowledge). When studies, history and awareness such as this case report are considered, along with the time consumption and efforts this situation is not far from a major terrorist type break point which would involve any combination of the years examples, per this report record (i.e. a point of very criminally desperate, immature, dangerous circumstances). NOTES about what I have experienced, studied and can now enter on this report publicly.

The interception of these 'types' satellite frequencies (audible and visual) targeted to specific persons or areas can be received by the persons or areas and are intended for high security purposes. These designs are NOT intended for criminal covert operations and not to be used for additional terrorist type 'add-ons' which is our worse nightmare per this report example. As pointed out in this report, the manufactures “end users” of satellite equipment are lacking in control and oversight also.

In addition to the high tech equipment manufactures and distributors lack of control and oversight, It seems that ill intent perpetrators can sneak around the international politics and borders so long as high frequency violations are not a big factor … i.e. low frequency system designs and/or transponder ops are not only difficult to detect and somewhat tolerated or overlooked … but the oversight is terrible also. Satellites are tracked by United States Space Surveillance Network (SSN), which has been tracking every object in orbit over 10 cm (3.937 inches) in diameter since it was founded in 1957. There are approximately 3,000 satellites operating in Earth orbit, according to the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), out of roughly 8,000 man-made objects in total. In its entire history, the SSN has tracked more than 24,500 space objects orbiting Earth. (THIS IS A ROUGH PUBLIC KNOWN NUMBER). Some spy satellites are hidden from knowledge as examples.

In raw numbers, the US is topping the list, by possessing and controlling directly most of the Satellites. However, information on joint-ownership satellites with other countries is not included, as it is the case for Taiwan and South Korea. Most of the time, the fact that a country owns a satellite is directly related to its launching capacity (delivery systems and adequate technology), which is the case for every country in the top 10 except for some European countries. They prefer to launch from the French Guyana, or from a boat in the Pacific. We see countries like Luxemburg, with 12 satellites, an amazing amount for such a small country. Canada launches through the US. Of course, acquiring the necessary technology to launch a satellite is within most countries (NOT COMPLICATED), but it is more convenient (for economy) to subcontract those capabilities. Russia, for example, has launched satellites for Turkey and Nigeria.

Lately within the last week, the multi frequencies and sleep deprivation (seemingly a little per night) builds up to a point of bed ridden symptoms or have to lie down. Within the third to forth day, the catch-up of this torment creates a lethargy that is at 'semi pass-out' stage with a final relief in one nights sleep. There is a bee-hive sound buzzing upon awakening and the usual visual ignorance. The sleep relieves the previous days of strong multiple audible frequency buzzing, ear clogging, head aches and vertigo … but only to a lower pitch with the previous stupid day-time geometric visuals per previous explanations in this report.

This design is so bad that most criminals would not be this ignorantly and psychopathically far out of line, in general, especially with this group's time consumption and overall attentions on me. This would be preceded only by the embarrassment and ignorance of the ongoing visuals (the design in general).

Recently, during an Audible/Visual sleep depriving night, I received a transmitted picture of a defaced American flag. I know it sounds strange but so is everything else that the perpetrators do with this abuse of technology. This “bazaar to explain” technology abuse is not intended for criminal terrorist groups and to be mishandled or blocked by our federal agencies … per the above investigative reporter article typical of others in this report.

My perpetrators are desperate criminal Screwballs. This is why I kept a lot of the old (Burgess, HA) type files on this report. It typifies the type of people and organization connections to this Satellite equipment. No other criminal personality group would be capable of this type audible/visual abuse.

The visuals per above are not only ignorant and ongoing but the Graphics (although mixed with the other pictures per this report) are not well done at all. They are in fact a low class of sickening content consisting of desperate computer graphics that are out of concentric measurement. However, the geometric movements are the same.

I agree with Federal procedures that the perpetrators are degrading themselves and their organizations. However the level of sick pictorial content is in relation to their personalities and should not be handled by Federal monitoring (alone). We do not know what ALL of the international intent and liabilities totally consist of … but the level of sick pictorial content certainly gives an idea of the extent of criminal mind and desperations.

November 2, 2010 …

Two nights after the above posting about the ignorant Graphic transmissions, I went through an almost comical (but always miserable and criminally sick) technical error with the perpetrator program. This is an example to show the surveillance capabilities and abuse danger (by criminal ignorance).

On one of their nightly sleep disturbance pictures, (a film strip transmission) stuck in its place. It remained there for several minutes and then, all of a sudden, I got a left ear - hard, painful frequency strike followed by the normal settle adjustments which fogged-out the picture. These are issues that helped build the technical accuracy of reporting the design of this system throughout this report. These are Straight-line frequencies similar to cell phones or TV; however, the differences are apparent.

These frequencies are now consistent and the FBI knowledge is ridiculously obvious.

My Granddaughter and Great Granddaughter are staying with my wife and I temporarily.
Keeping in mind the surveillance accuracy of this lunatic HA Perpetrator System and to give an honest, accurate report on their ongoing Psychopathic, Coward style, here's the recent with them.

As quick as I can accurately get across the seriousness of these assholes, (knowing that our Children are here), the same stand-by-geometric-visuals are always consistently heavy during the day, accompanied by loud audible frequency's. As soon as everybody is in bed, I receive the most obnoxious (knock out my ear-drum) frequency change accompanied by the equally sick pictorial crap that a person could imagine.

This is exactly how these sick bastards started this case long ago. The only difference is that it was done with our complete family … now the Grand and Great Grandchildren.

Keeping in mind how afraid of this case the FBI is, what in the hell is our U.S.A. Government doing with such cases, especially this length of time? Are we becoming a Third World Country or What?

This case and the HA Perpetrators are Rank Coward Terrorist Nut Cases. That is why this report has been so long in keeping accurate content and older record retained such as the HA President, Burgess Sick Child pornography case. It is fairly simple and even though it is all spelled out on my web site report, I realize the confusion and complexity … some due to my lengthy diary type report.
All is confirmed information except for a couple of theories. The simple breakdown is a faith lowering lack of oversight by segments of our Government Agencies, namely the FBI.

First, the Military uses forms of this technology as well as our Government Agencies. The manufactures of this high tech equipment and their distribution network have been out of control or lack of oversight for along time. However, the main problem is that Government Agencies have experimented and abused this technology and so do Organized Crime connections and Secret Societies Internationally.

The abuse continues because of the extreme liabilities. From this point, segments of Government agencies (the proposed good guys) and the Bad Guys are LOCKED-UP. If the cases such as mine are exposed correctly, you can imagine the astronomical liabilities, court actions, security breaches and general - major issues.

STRONG IMPORTANT THOUGHTS: IN EDITING

This Case is too liable and desperate … to whose advantage would it be for the extension and severity of this case, i.e. extremely harsh with consecutive turn-up rates (with loud, easy to monitor frequencies). In addition, what sense is there with the extreme soliciting of emotions combined with the importance of the case and not being addressed by authorities?
Likewise what sense is there with the consistent behavior of Federal and Perpetrators with the level of knowledge and length of record with this case … i.e., who would be more likely to gain anything by this level of premeditated abuse?

Also the One-Percenter activity has leveled out in the U.S.A. which is consistent with my level of adamancy.

I do not know why Federal Authorities have HIDDEN and/or MISREPRESENTED this case for this long but I hold tight with the contents of this report. I still believe, as proved, the *SECTION of One-Percenter knowledge and involvement from the beginning … but a *SECTION of Federal people are obviously connected also. This is the primary mystery with this case and it involves politics and massive liabilities.

DECEMBER 8, 2010 … A lot happening with this case … Light at the end of the tunnel:

These people do not function well at this stage of awareness. The night of Dec. 7 and morning of Dec. 8, 10 were very seriously turned up. It was so bad to the point of the regular ear aching but in addition the loud frequency piercing my head, high heart beat and blood pressure. The retaliation and mentality of these groups shows the accuracy of the report but has obviously been the nightmare of our family.

In addition to keeping regular VA doctor appointments, at 8:05 am Dec. 8, 10, I was in contact with the Santa Ana office of the FBI again. By approximately 9:30 am, I had talked with three agents at the main office in Los Angeles. At approximately 10:00 am, I finished another conversation with the agent in Santa Ana. This agent was extremely professional and communicated with care and sincerity. If the FBI had this type representation at all times, all of us would be better off individually and internationally.

I am totally confident with the FBI's knowledge and attentions to the issues but they need a lot more professionalism and stop the delaying tactics which build up liabilities. Also it would serve more comfort to tax paying citizens for them to stop talking down to us like Parent to Child.
I think that my Private Investigators work will be easier if even necessary now.

The following is not for the layman :
As a first time note in this report, my Superior Court case (after this situation was first set-up) had State funded Private Investigator investigations and psychological research.

For those whom have requested original court documents, there was a Co-Defendant in this case with a Lady by the name of Lisa Kutner. I did not know or even meet her before this case. Lisa Kutner was a Hells Angel Affiliate whom had been sent to my home as a set-up. The Psychologist was a criminal specialist whom was, by my attorney's description “an ace in the hole” and not to be used as a reality impression or an excuse. The reason for him was that I was threatened with a minimum of Three years in Federal Prison if I went with a Court case … Obviously with Lisa Kutner whom was Hells Angels Lieutenant Rod Pierce's girlfriend with previous offences … and South American connections. This is also the reason that a concealed firearm was involved because the situation was life threatening. (I did not comment any offence by having the firearm and was not charged). The only charge on me was a small amount of a controlled substance that Lisa Kutner gave to my Daughter that I took from her possession.

From all of my years of experience, studies and appointments, I know that things are getting extremely close. It has also become apparent that this has been one of the more obvious FBI cover-up's. They have been and still are held with fear of the tremendous liabilities and inept handling.
I do not know how they have escaped the many requests from Congress and others in our Bureaucracy but I absolutely know it to be the case. Are they monitoring the situation 24/7 also … absolutely they are from liability standpoints alone.
The many web site report statistics that are published on this report were monitored daily by the U.S. DOJ and U.S. DHS (and many other Federal, State and International) but some have stopped since I started publishing the statistics. Now (through universal advisory) they are using the secure domains and the Sniffer type software … totally confirmed.

On December 16, 2010, I had the usual complete physical examination with a 'near perfect' blood panel and overall report. The Veterans Administration takes good care of us – thank God for them.

HOWEVER, I have been locked in this case situation for years … which is the obvious reason for this report.
In 2009, I was declared disabled with an old injury. With continuous therapy and work-outs, I am still strong and capable, thank God.
However, the near continuous Satellite Frequencies, on top of the neurological/physical problems, have made things a lot worse. That is another one of the purposes of this abusive technology design.
Surveillance only is not their intent ... they play on everything I do.

Sunday Dec. 19, 2010 … Very high steady pitch frequency to the extent of EXTREME PAIN in ears, head, legs, stomach upset and EXTREME LETHARGY.

The pain in my back and both legs is agitated by this abuse also. I.E. The pain already exist with my back damage but these radio wave frequencies, per this report, are intended to inflict pain also. Specifically, they send additional neurological signals that intermix and mimic just about any physical situation including the sleep deprivation most every night and morning additionally.

Everybody knows that I have met with the FBI on numerous occasions. Some of the most recent ones are noted in this report ... (included have been continued offers from me for any testing whatsoever). Quote from the FBI; “Mr. Butner, you know that surveillance is not illegal”. Answer: “Yes, I do but you know me and this case very well. You also realize that this is not intended for surveillance only”. Another obvious cover-up stall: “Mr. Butner, have you seen your VA physician for the pain; this is not our fault either?” Answer: This has nothing to do with the FBI enforcing the laws about Security issues, Constitutional and Human Rights and the general abuse of technology that this report is about”.

December 28, 2010 … There has been a lot of “sneaking around their own frequencies” i.e. mild and/or fine tuned … slight turn-ups and multi frequency changes … Bypasses most medications, i.e. very popular at night. This creates the popular Moderate to Extreme sleep deprivation, solicited agitation, pain, etc. (explained throughout this report). This is accompanied with high blood pressures evidently intended for cardio type purposes which are obvious for additional examples of premeditation. As indicated throughout this report, maintaining and controlling emotions is important.
ALSO
Moderate to very serious head, earaches, queasy, vertigo and general body pains … Moderate to serious stomach upset or indigestion, body heat = sudden hot and cold from moderate to sweating and extreme eye irritation with irritated red eyes.

Again, all the above are created with the SATELLITE FREQUENCIES AND CHANGES with moderate to EXTREME ear ringing, buzzing and hissing, most accompanied with the usual very ignorant hard core visuals. These are very CONSISTENT most every night and morning ... IN ADDITION TO 24/7 SURVEILLANCE.

First a very quick comment before updating.
I have not made a habit of corresponding with many people and Organizations out of the hundreds of similar cases (most deemed Mind Control) throughout the world. The reason is that even though they are similar in technology abuse and symptoms, there not many that are of the confirmed Organized Crime situations and identified perpetrators such as this case. Specifically, as mentioned before, there are several that are similar such as 'John Akwie vs. the NSA' and some that are almost identical such as 'SLAMDUNK' as detailed on a hyperlink within this report. In this case, the Hells Angels Connections are identified as well.

The confirmations of the Hells Angels, Mongols MC and One-Percenter (ILLUMINATI Interconnections) not only confirmed their personal presence during the initiation but they have displayed much of the direct evidence via mails, meetings and the satellite electronic equipment that this report is about. What have been happening lately are surveillance of all privacies, as usual, and then playing on them and/or soliciting emotions. Saying they have "hit at the heart" of the Bandidos MC, authorities here announced Friday they have arrested members and closed a pipeline that had brought $600 million worth of methamphetamine to the area in the past decade.

THIS SATELLITE SYSTEM IS USED FOR MULTIPLE PURPOSES OTHER THAN SURVEILLANCE.
This is why I went after these people originally and got coiled up with federal charges. This HA system is used for general One-Percenter procedures also.
The specific reason that it was recently downed on me was the above federal operation.

This has been their Modus Operandi for years … i.e. they play on everything in this family as they probably were involved in Operation Screaming Eagle (i.e. other issues through the years).

I originally stood up to them very emphatically and got through their Designed Bull Shit with help. These reports, as well as other things, were then involved after which this Satellite Design was turned-up (intermittent frequencies) to various torturous procedures as explained in this report.

AGAIN, THIS MODUS OPERANDI IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND … IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS.

When I make reference to some of the issues in this report, I get the feeling that not all people understand the extent and details of the seriousness and criminal ignorance that infects the entire One-Percenter network.

For instance, the above recent information is to the extent of torturing my family with their Satellite design for a 24/7 continuous programmed effect at a length of time that would totally embarrass most anybody on earth … and then continuing to bring down DEVERTED ATTENTIONS on everybody for indefinite lengths of time. The following is possibly theoretical but makes all the feasible sense with the history of this case :

I have agreed with others that the stupidity of this Satellite Abuse has pretty much been spelled out, via this report, inclusive of the operational facts of the entire One-Percenter situations and thinking processes.

The Federal viewpoint is possibly that simple as they keep up with these great operations such as “BLACK RAIN” and “SCREAMING EAGLE”.
Their thinking appears to agree with the publicity of this report since they are constantly on this web site report also. It would otherwise be extremely difficult for them to conventionally publicize or handle in other manners. This ongoing One-Percenter filthy activity is the type that would literally embarrass and liable the hell out of the U.S. Bureaucracy … so do we let it take its natural course?

I probably have received more backing from sources than I have imagined.

My personal message to the entire One-Percenter network is: “Keep supporting this garbage … it seems to be working fine”.
Otherwise, I do not know how anything like this could continue with their liable ignorance and be successfully publicized plus acknowledged on this report.

Keeping in mind that part of the perpetrator connections were identified shortly after the initiation of this case, who would want to develop a pattern of attentions and reminders of liabilities this serious? In other words, do not let us loose faith in the procedures of handling ... (not for layman to easily understand).

Keeping in mind that million dollar Satellite Electronics are very easy to hide behind and abuse; remember the extreme suffering and hardships (per this report) that this particular design does 24/7, TYPICAL. Recently, the audible and “pea-soup fog” were so heavy on a typical night wake-up, I could not even walk. They don't like me very much do they?

NOTE March 12, 2011: This expensive Satellite design has many encryptions and the most popular is a horrific degradation upon trying desperately to explain things that it almost mimics schizophrenia. For instance, when I make reference to “pea-soup fog”, it does not mean that anybody would notice specifically. Most all visuals are more internal to the victim; however, some visuals can be photographed or shown. These are not likely things though that would be proudly pointed out to your neighbor. THIS STUFF IS SUFFERING MISERABLE … it very definitely has amounted to attempted murder via Air-Way. The popular sleep interference/ deprivation alone is a killer. It took everything that I had, plus God, to get me through to early retirement.

It would have been really great if these were honest and brave people in these organizations. Also it would have been great if facsimiles of these designs were federally limited to Afghanistan as an example (instead of crime).

THE SAME STUPID PATTERN GOES ON, THE SAME IGNORANCE … THEY KEEP BUILDING UP LIABILITIES and PUBLICATION. Nobody could be proud of what they do … yet politics, AWARENESS and ignorance prevents them from turning the stupid stuff off.

What a design for them to spend their MILLIONS in DRUG money on. One can see how portions of the surveillance Abuse Design work though and why they are all over me with it? ... I kind of spoiled it for them.

I will undergo a serious Operation soon and they will probably be playing on that in the same cowardice way.
This is a reminder to record recent sleep activity going on with me. A family member was awakened by my loud pain groaning two times in one night.
This is by far not the first time, but with an operation approaching, I see it necessary to report it again at this time. This Satellite design is not here for the quality of our life. It is in fact a terrorist catastrophe.

The kind of people that operate this piece of crap are the types that open Gun fire in Casinos (such as Nevada) with hundreds of miles of desert where they could have settled their business without interfering and jeopardizing innocent lives (one of many ongoing examples).

THIS IS AN UNFORTUNATE UPDATE OF HOW ACCURATE THIS ENTIRE REPORT IS AND HOW THEY ARE CONTINUOUS REMINDERS.

March 30, 2011 update: I am so use to some of these educated noticeable sounds and visuals, I forgot to mention the very heavy electromagnetic type field (pea-soup appearing fog - per above post) around me. Please keep in mind that “I cannot differentiate between certain groups on the other end”, or i.e I know the perpetrator sounds and visuals for the most part.

They are the last people (One-Percenter Network) on earth that should have been trusted with this type technology.

May 5, 2011 – One Percenter connected Satellite operations … cont.

At this point, I have the greatest realization of what these people have done and currently do. It amounts to the same intent as it did when it started … various terrorist techniques, i.e. wearing down in general and sleep deprivation regardless of screwing up women, children, places and things (and then appearing as something or somebody else). The design creates and/or interferes and combines with other illnesses such as feeling flu like symptoms, severe head aches, vertigo etc. (all in addition to their advertised surveillance capabilities). Additionally, the perpetrators behind this design have not even a little common sense as to anything at all they do. I do not know who trusted them with any decisions much less operating this type Satellite design but they are in obvious trouble.

In order to give a typical example, one particular morning, during our recent moving, I was extremely tired and just as I fell asleep, I was startled awake (a very sudden shocking awakening) with a high 'spiked' ringing, buzzing frequency sound that quickly turned back to low frequency. This was accompanied by a typical graphic of a 'falling elevator' so as to frighten a cardio or other trauma intention. As it stands with me now, I have very problematic and detectable symptoms from all of this abuse … It has been very severe. Imagine the overall liabilities!
During the day it is basically the same high frequency audible buzzing spikes and changes (but mainly elf low frequencies) predominately in the left ear accompanied with a visual electromagnetic type field covering my eye sight with disturbing motions. I have had to have extra efforts with my own self control as I witness this idiotic routine even in the bathroom and bedroom as was the case when it first started.

Congratulations to our United States Government and our brave Military for getting Bin Laden. These idiotic perpetrators (per this report) were doing these routines prior, during and after 9/11 … playing on everything such as the move we made recently to a different location in California. They monitor most EVERYTHING and play on various issues (as recorded throughout this report. The surveillance accuracy is very high tech and it astounds me how the Federal Authorities (that are on the site most every week) continue to handle this situation.

This web site has been substantiated to this degree and these situations have been the very facts that have built this report. It continues to signify the total One-percenter psychopathic, coward stand-off behind their equipment wherever they hide geographically and politically. I have known a lot of people that have quit their ranks (One-Percenter) because of this case. I do not know many that would want to be associated or stand in representation of such a sick, torturous, shameful design.

No matter where it leads to the TOP (ILLUMINATI type structure), they made a big mistake in doing business with these people and allowing them to use this design for private and/or personal use such as this snagged awareness case report.

From near the beginning, the Audio and Visual Identification was noticed and, within a short period of time, was verified from what should have been our most intimate, personal and confidential privacies. These One-Percenter groups seemed to think so big of themselves at this early junction which showed their ill cowardice then, however it was obviously too much and too late after being caught. Most all modes of their Satellite activity were foiled per above and various bureaucratic meetings took place. Therefore, they have been hiding hence forward behind this Satellite Design ... terrorizing my family, among others, and screwing up everything in the book … just like the ignorant, abusive cowards they are. If they had one brave, intelligent honorable person among the thousands international, the World would have been able to concentrate and redeem one hell of a lot of honor where it could have helped.

What happened without my knowledge, (going to the same Bar & Grills for along time without trouble), I was caught up (set-up) in the territory drug wars between North-South involvement with Rob Pierce heading up the Hells Angels and a psychotic nick named “Jinx” in the forefront of the Mongols MC Long Beach, Calif. … with a pay-off posing with the Mongols - an idiot by the name of Chuck Bunker, aka Up-Chuck. This Fairy and his local associations were real Psychotic Instigators and were responsible for a great deal of issues in using and setting-up people. I told this particular Nut, who thought he was God's gift to Married Women, NOT TO PROCEED (IN THE VERY BEGINNING) WITH CERTAIN ACTIVITIES which were 'in part' coerced by the MONGOLS MC (after the Beaumont trip). CLARIFICATION June 7, 2011: This part of the many issues was set-up very explicit … Also, at the physical and psychological trauma of the woman and family.
After the famous Beaumont trip return, (HA ACTIVITIES INCLUDING A BUST OF THEIR PEOPLE UNKNOWN TO ME) Chuck Bunker was SET-IN PLACE and working on behalf of both organizations (but to appear to be involved IN TOTAL with the Mongols MC … most all details WILL BE in this report). PLEASE DO NOT FORGET; I DID NOT KNOW THESE PEOPLE OR THEIR DEALINGS AT THIS TIME AND THE CORE OF THESE CASE PROBLEMS OCCURRED AFTER THE BEAUMONT TRIP.

The changes going on presently, with our move to a different area of California, include our 3 yr. old Great Grand Daughter, The Mother of whom was I yr. old when this same design was also initiated turned up unmistakable.
From the very beginning of total awareness, i.e. a Satellite design that literally hosts the targeted person, it was very evident that the design was very important to get across.

All of my years experience with these people, it has felt like a 24 hr. Satellite privacy interruption with sleep and rest terrorism with their audible/visuals turned up as they followed everything that we did … and they responded exactly as criminal- terrorist would with contracted Satellite type up-turns (extremely torturous).
It has transpired to the recent (desperate time) of affecting me (many people also) physically and neurologically with extreme pain and myself finally not being able to get to the bathroom at night without falling into something.
AGAIN, THIS PATHETIC DESIGN MIMICS and/or PURPOSELY EFFECTS ANYTHING THAT A TARGETED PERSON GOES THROUGH.

My operation at the Veterans Hospital is approaching and I will give details as the time permits and God willing. They will probably play-on this too as they do most everything else. In my books, it is attempted murder with Federal knowledge.
Why does the FBI enable these people? Everybody thought they were so important in the beginning (but as it turned out, caught and sick enough to be proud of this design). They also forgot about the basics of what the head of their ranks are doing vs. the tail.

The HA apparently thought that this Satellite Design would rule the World … but In real awareness, these International Organizations are very criminally serious but the mentality is to the extent of Terrorist Morons with high tech expensive equipment … PAID FOR AND INTERTWINED (MAINLY) BY THOSE AT THE TOP OF THE WORLDS DRUG INDUSTRY.

May 26, 2011: editing June 4, 2011 ... THEY HAD DEFINITE TURN-UP EVEN DURING MY STAY IN HOSPITAL

IMPORTANT: In summary, the hospital stay was not fun and the perpetrators frequencies were turned up to the max … beginning the first hour. The frequency noises were deafening and the visuals were embarrassing sick. Especially, the stupid darting motions which are popular in closed-in environments. These frequencies were in total disregard for hospital sensitive equipment.

As I have always reported the HA, (One-Percenter Network Representation), purpose with this caught sadistic design is apparent, i.e. attempted murder cover-up … and think again about Al Qaeda connections or similar people. The disclosure in 1997 by The Boston Globe of the involvement of federal agents with Bulger was a major embarrassment for the agency. IT ALSO OBVIOUSLY EXTENDED THE CASE HIDING TO THE CURRENT JUNE 2011 (PROBABILITY).

My Daughter just got out of the hospital and she and my 13 year old Grandson are staying with us temporarily.

These psychopathic idiots are doing the following scenario as quickly but accurately as I can write down: At night, the continuous redundant Satellite turn-ups are keyed-in with the very stupid ongoing cartoonish skits that abruptly wake me up to the extent of high blood pressure, head, eye strain, ear aches and general endangerment. This is accompanied by the obnoxious high siren/buzzing audible (i.e. this effects and/or has a passage to the internal of the ears also). NOTE: This seems to get more visually disgusting as time goes ... just trying to rest my eyes gets more difficult.

During the day, I am forced to look at the ignorant projections and cartoonish stand-by eyelid/facial feature screens jerking around my eyesight (as explained previously in this report). The projections and most all visuals appear to be from a unique direct electromagnetic field/screen that covers my entire eyesight and/or around my person.

About 400 officers took part in the multi-agency operation, targeting 73 locations and seizing weapons and illegal drugs, authorities said.

"They represent an extreme threat to law enforcement," Riverside County Dist. Atty. Rod Pacheco said in an interview. "The goal is to eliminate this threat."

Citing the ongoing probe, Pacheco declined to say whether any members of the gang had planned to target law enforcement personnel.

In Lake Elsinore, authorities found a methamphetamine lab at the home of one of the Vagos members.

The Vagos have at least 600 members in the Western U.S., half of them in California, authorities said. About 100 members are in Riverside County. (This is inaccurate … the Vagos One-Percenter Organization is International with a lot more members and scours of connections).

"This is just the beginning," he said.

Before Thursday's raids, more than 25 Vagos members already had been taken into custody, and authorities had recovered 26 firearms, a rocket launcher and grenade launcher during the investigation. Earlier in the operation, investigators also had seized 20 kilos of cocaine during a raid in Los Angeles not far from Cal State L.A.

The state Department of Justice launched “Operation Simple Green” in 2010 to dismantle the Vagos' extensive narcotics and money-laundering operations, which included the wholesale distribution of cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana.

Following the conversations with the FBI above and for approximately one entire week, the frequency attacks on me were down to low frequency. My sleep and fairly regular patterns of life continued. As part of the normal modus operandi, this only lasted until this last Saturday and Sunday. The frequencies seemed to start off with periodic higher spiked until Sunday night and early Monday morning at which time they were all the way up (steady) AUDIBLY and VISUALLY. The noise was so loud … accompanied by sleep deprivation (awakened very sudden – majority of time, accompanied by audible and visual both and/or one or the other). Irene has developed shingles with pain and high blood pressure (although, she normally runs consistently low) … showing how this pathetic electronics case has affected her and I both through the years. An EKG shows a non specific problem that is probably stress related also. Further tests are scheduled.

At the same time my parents are having elder problems. On the way out of town to help my Dad recently, it was very difficult and dangerous on the freeway because of the sleep deprivation procedures that these sick cowards do. (They simply play on every situation and emotion that we have including all privacies, and Grandchildren Birthdays and Christmas mornings as example – they are complete coward lunatics). From here I am always reminded of my Brother's situation (typical) … i.e. such as keeping me up at night (the very specific satellite operation as usual) for three consecutive days prior to my first trip to Lancaster to help him. He passed away shortly after and they continued their tricks of the trade while I was with him. This is indicative and how disgusting they are. The SUBJECT CASE STARTED in Long Beach, Calif. in 1989 through the early 1990's. The locations and individuals surrounding this case were the Hells Angels, Mongols MC, related and/or affiliated organizations and business establishments. Some of these establishments were closed by federal authorities. I WAS PRESENT (not criminally).
THIS WAS THE POINT AND TIME THAT THE ELECTRONICS WERE NOTICED AND/OR INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY ON ME AND MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY.

Technically, the Satellite Surveillance is extremely high tech and is accomplished via (or similar to) Electromagnetic, Microwave Type Design only a 'FIELD' that is very similar to (if not specially) Straight Lined to the targeted person and/or area.
The feed-in and feed-back capabilities are very precise and accurate.

THE PROBLEM SPECIFIC:

* The evidence submitted speaks for itself; However, I wish to testify also as a VERY EDUCATED victim/target and eye-witness to the atrocities of these "secret" technologies.

· Audible sounds such as hissing, buzzing, clicking, ringing, "beyond normal", and very distinct frequency "changing sounds" (to the point of ear aches). Professionals will identify with this explanation, i.e. beyond normal ringing is associated with certain radio wave and clicking with microwave. Also, sounds such as standing near high power lines.
· Holography - Eyes open and closed – VERY APPARENT FEED-IN and FEED-BACK … EXTREMELY TORTUROUS and SECURITY BREACHING ... Camcorder and Computer Graphics both.
· Sensations of heat and cold (SPECIFICALLY, INCREASED RADIO WAVES (of this type) CAN CREATE HEAT RISE TO THE VERY DANGEROUS POINT.
· Manipulation of sense of touch. Various parts of the body can be made to tingle, or become numb.
· Frequent pain: abdominal, headaches, earaches and a stinging or straining of the eyes. These can linger for several hours or come and go in a minute's time.
· Sleep deprivation, or the feeling of being "wired instead of gaining rest." (THIS ONE IS MAJOR AND CREATES MANY OTHER OBVIOUS PROBLEMS).
· Very vivid dreams and nightmares (very distinct from your own)
· Memory and concentration are severely affected.
· Control of emotional states, i.e., feelings of anger, anxiety, lethargy, peace and exhilaration, etc. "Infuriation is experienced and obviously expected."

The longevity of time with this report situation and appointments is due to the ONGOING severity of privacy, securities and extreme abuse of Technology … which has left me with a great sense of responsibility. The knowledge and facts surrounding this case situation obviously comes from a long nightmare of time as per the Introduction and explanation ATTACHED. The CURRENT problems are the continuation of this abuse per my website report rob-files.com. I realize the massive liabilities, politics, Government Secrecy and international groups and issues. However, this does not preclude proper handling and assistance for the extreme abuse that my family has been forced to endure.

In one of the many Government appointments that I have had, there was a specific letter from myself (guideline) that was supposed to be followed. This appointment and many subsequent communications were with United States Congressman Gary Miller and his Director Mr. Steven G. Thornton. One of the guidelines in addition to the phrasing was that very specific answers were to be obtained from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Homeland Security – both.

I realize that this letter and the subsequent partial answers have been addressed on this web site report, however, this was only partial and informal … as well, this abuse has CONTINUED on me and my family with NO apparent help. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and PERTINENT ISSUES HAVE ALSO OCCURRED.

For a long time, I have watched you label yourself's a Great American Legend as proclaimed on your web sites. With this big stature, on behalf of the Hells Angels internationally, I would think that a sue for defamation from the contents of my web site would have occurred by now. God knows you people have ample attorneys. I have at least expected clarifications or exceptions. As you and the Hells Angels know, the popularity of the web site has reached great ratings on the major networks for approximately two years now. I am absolutely positive that the popularity is partly due to the simplicity and truth of record. You, your organization and families know what prison feels like and you also know the tragedies that victims and their families go through with electronic abuse systems. As the people can see, no organization that felt this big about themselves would continue to have their name inaccurately recorded with a web site gaining in World ratings. It seems that as long as you and your organization are fooling and using others, you think of yourselves as powerful. A great number of people including my family know different. The web site explains the majority of the story. You are in fact an international Hells Angel figure with complete knowledge in all operations. However, this is not American Legend material; it is criminal cowardice that you hide behind and we are waiting on you.

To date I have received three e mails from the Barger family. They made absolutely no relative sense and/or completely avoided the issues. Again, the simplicity of message is very clear to anybody. I have a lot of documented information from the onset of this situation, but I think the point is made.

If anybody post anything about me that is not true, they would immediately be sued for defamation. This would be typical of anybody in our society especially if they were well known and ran a business reliant on their reputation, true or exaggerated. This would increase tremendously if the person and/or business were not only well known but also celebrity or proclaimed legend type status such as the Hells Angels and Mr. Barger. Currently, there have been considerable changes and record. A very well publicized example was the Mongols and Hells Angel's murder's in Laughlin, Nevada. The rivalry of the two organizations is the focus of many law enforcement, State and Government. The danger to innocent citizens is tremendous. However, the extent of silence among "one percent" organizations, even if against one another, is amazing. This is partly because old situations that occurred prior to the rivalries. In essence, this is a "one percenter" procedure that blackmails their own to keep them from prison, but it also substantiates cases such as mine. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE – It speaks for itself.

What the layman reader of this honest and accurate biography may not understand is that this unique electronic design literally HOSTS the targeted victim with audible and visual procedures as explained in this report. With regard to the personality itself, I could not refer a better book than 'People of the Lie' by M. Scott Peck. Basically, this is a sociopath personality which is insecure and/or feels a great need for attention and power. They are master deceivers, users of people and situations in general. (THESE PEOPLE ARE GENERALLY RAISED THIS WAY AS A MEANS OF SURVIVAL, LACK OF PSYCHOLOGY, EDUCATION, ABUSE, FEAR AND/OR GENERAL REMISS). Successfulness produces a feeling of power and false sense of security. They are gratified and powerful as long as their deceit is in order. They are covert in most everything. These people do not deal up front.
They are also in various areas of our society, in other words, family, business, Bureaucracy, etc. The common denominator is their insecurity and narcissism which is usually accompanied with dishonesty. This behavior is condoned usually through childhood upbringing - so the individual usually continues to solicit this support from others. In other words, this can be accomplished through group type - organizational people with similar beliefs and behavior. When they do not get this support, their control and security is lost. This usually results in anger that is associated with a great amount of hostility and spite for the person or persons in awareness. In order to avoid this invasion, they usually have an overwhelming desire to control others. This is done by the need to be managers or IN CONTROL over others. This is accomplished by WHATEVER means - business, and high ranking political connections in our bureaucracy etc. In family situations, it shows in more basic unbalanced behavior and/or a need for general control and self absorbed narcissism (selfishness – thinking of ones self.) Believe me; it does nothing for the quality of life for others.
CLARIFICATION:
I am not talking about the insecurities that most of us have; tall, short, thinning hair, bald or other physiological and psychological inheritances and features.
Rather - I am referring to a personality that revolves around empowering, managing or 'thinking of ones self on a higher level' than other people. Extremes of narcissism are on various levels - up to serious attempts of controlling others in order to exist. These people can also be sociopath and are involved in their own agenda REGARDLESS of HOW OTHERS FEEL.
They achieve success by this empowerment from the small single situations to the world wide organizations and terrorism.

Their seriousness is on various levels of the scale just like anything else. IDENITY OF THE LEVELS OF NARCISSISM IS VERY IMPORTANT!
At the criminal and organizational level, awareness is essential. Combine this with electronics and it is critical. (They would not be satisfied with surveillance only) Other highly abusive modes of activity would certainly be included and easy explanations would be excluded; just like the personality itself.
My personal situation is an example only of, the extent, and how 'out of control' this technology abuse is and into what hands it has fallen. This includes the cult - occult and ritual abuse arena. (In my case, in earlier years, these psychopathic criminal cowards would turn this equipment up specifically for my little Granddaughters visits) -- Not only does this segment of our government agencies (in this case, the FBI) handle these cases ineptly but they teach us very little about the actual status of such organizations as the Hells Angels. Our media provides us with false assumptions and our local police departments do a better job than our federal agencies, in this area, in lieu of being excluded from the vast federal tax allocation. However, their effectiveness is obviously limited and/or blocked and this is one the problems. The ongoing criminal and coward abuse is a combination of horrifying, deranged and astounding. This, in addition to the security issues, cannot be over emphasized. It does not take an electronics engineer or criminologist to see what drastic attention is needed. I know what my family has been through trying to obtain help.
Unfortunately, this personality is inherent to this 'segment' of Government AND STATE agencies such as the FBI, therefore, proper handling does not occur. Clarification: (To this 'segment' of these agencies.) Again, agencies in this specialty area are covert. Do not take it for granted that we are properly represented and protected. Bureaucratic attention and guidelines are imperative.
